CEO & Founder at Vietnam Volunteer Network
November 2007I raise awareness about volunteering in Vietnam as well as Agent Orange issues. I manage my worldwide team & we recruit volunteers, provide aid such as; medical, food, educational supplies & toys to the children & staff at the orphanages & Peace Villages we support. Projects also include; organising operations for babies afflicted with hydrocephalus, spinal issues, webbed hands & toes, prosthetics for disabled children & people who have been made disabled by unexploded land mines, cows for women who have been affected by land mines, animals for Agent Orange children at AO centres, & cows for poor rural families afflicted with Agent Orange. I also connect with other aid organisations to ensure orphanages etc are not over funded/contributed too. I'm very hands on, so also created & maintain the Vietnam Volunteer Network website & raise awareness via social network sites.
Kim Nguyen Browne's Interests & Activities:
Some of my adventures have entailed watching volcanoes erupt, swimming with dolphins & helicopter rides in New Zealand. A few of my dreams that are on my bucket list is to tour more countries be a little risqué & eat local culture street market food, trek Nepal, tour the temples & pyramids in Egypt, Mexico & Cambodia. I have plenty more but too little space on here to mention them all. Closer to home I enjoy being with my family, Salsa dancing, art, photography, movies and dining out.
